When purchasing and using a student ticket or pass you must be able to show a valid student ID. A valid student ID is a card issued by your university or college where you are studying and must also include the expiry date of the course you are attending; this includes a verified UniDAYS account.
Please be sure to have the relevant ID available to show the officers on request every time you travel with us using a student ticket.
Student discount cards such as the TOTUM card are not accepted as student ID for a ticket or pass as these cards do not show the expiry date of your course.
