How can I extend my Tram or Robin Hood season pass?

*If you have purchased a season pass via the NET GO! app, you must buy a new ticket once your current season ticket has expired.

You can now update your Tram only or Tram and Bus Robin Hood season pass cards via our ticket vending machines. (Adult and Under 19 cards only)

Our machines are now equipped to read and update your cards.

To update your Robin Hood season cards via our ticket vending machines, you will need to:

Place your Robin Hood card on the Robin hood card reader (Small grey box to the right of the screen)
Select the product that you want by tapping the item on the screen (1 month/3 months/6 months/12 months)
Select the date you want the new pass to start
Select Payment Type and pay
Your card must be kept on the card reader whilst the new product loads
