Our network is 100% low-level boarding, meaning that there are no steps between the tram platform and the tram.
There are four sets of wide double doors with white strips for enhanced visibility feature on each tram, with warning sounds for when doors are opening and closing. There is only a small gap between our tram doors and the tram stop platforms which makes boarding easier.
Our platforms are positioned at road level except for Nottingham Station and Queens Medical Centre. We have 2 customer lifts located at the Queens Medical Centre tram stop and one at Nottingham Station.
