Lost Travel Passes

If you have lost your Travel Pass or any other item on our trams, please reach out to our Customer Services team, and we will check if it has been handed in. 


If your Tram Only Card is still lost we can reissue your card with your existing ticket on it, we will apply a £3 administration fee and we can post it out to you or you can get it reprinted while you wait at our Travel Centre

If you have lost your concessionary pass you will need to contact your local council which has issued it.
