If you have lost your Travel Pass or any other item on our trams, please reach out to our Customer Services team, and we will check if it has been handed in.
If your Tram Only Card is still lost we can reissue your card with your existing ticket on it. A £3 fee for a new card will apply. Please contact the customer relations team, and we'll send over a payment link so you can pay the £3 fee. Once paid, a new card will be printed and sent to you via post.

If you have lost your concessionary pass, you will need to contact your local council that issued it.
