Some of our customers have reported seeing tickets which have already expired but are still showing on the 'my tickets' section of the app.
Others have reported seeing incorrect dates being displayed on the tickets that have been purchased.
These issues are not app issues but are a result of some operating systems and especially those with battery optimisation enabled. These issues are affecting Android devices and in particular, Samsung mobiles who use battery optimisation to boost battery performance.
If you have already used a ticket and it has since expired but it is showing on your screen or your ticket is showing an incorrect date, you can resolve this by carrying out the following:
- Try hard closing the app, or using the 'force stop' action within the app settings which can be found on your phone's main settings.
- Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. The above should work, but try this if not
- Turn off your phone's battery optimisation for the NET GO! app. This should help to prevent any issues in the future.

*Please note, you must not travel with an expired ticket, even if it is still showing on the 'my tickets' page. Travelling with an expired ticket may result in a penalty fare notice being issued to you
