The drivers needs to actually stop driving off when people are trying to get in. I got in the tram stop just in time to get the tram, I managed to push the button for the doors to open, but for some reason, it didn’t, I checked and there wasn’t any warning tape indicating that the door wasn’t working. So at the last minute I had I obviously ran to another door, the drivers just pulls off and leave me behind when I clearly was in time and the door was malfunctioning. Seriously? It is not the first time it happened, once when I was in secondary school, we had to run to get into the tram, my friend got stuck into the door because the driver didn’t checked if someone was going into the doors and closed it, we laughed it off because we still managed to get in and go to school in time, but is it really necessary? This behaviour towards people who is human and have places to be? As a suggestion, we all would appreciate if the drivers checked the cameras all around the tram to see if someone is having problems with the door opening.
