I noticed today on three separate occasions people where trying to get on the tram with a bike, they did not know it was not allowed and had already bought a ticket.
There is no information on the platforms with the information of what is not allowed on the tram.
I feel that this information should be displayed on the platforms not just on the trams

Hi Tony
Thanks for the feedback.
There are clear, bright red warning notices on every tram door regarding bikes. I appreciate, though, that it may be useful to have this added to the information shelters.
It's difficult to include absolutely everything on our tram information posters, as there's only a limited amount of space. Information regarding bikes not being allowed on our trams can be found online.
We'll keep this suggestion in mind should we wish to update the information posters in the future.
Regards
