A lady took up 3 seats sat on one feet on one and a bag on one , i made a comment about her feet on seat but she looked straight through me , RUDE

I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
There is sadly a lack of respect and integrity, and whilst most decent people know it is wrong and very rude to put your feet on seats when using public transport, there will always be some passengers who choose to do this, regardless of how it makes other passengers feel.
Our drivers and ticketing agents will tackle this sort of behaviour, but they shouldn't have to, as people should know that it is wrong.
Over the next year, we'll be reviewing our onboard messages and signs inside the tram saloon, so I'll bear this in mind.
