Disruption Information.
If things go wrong... Inevitably, from time to time events happen that prevent our trams from reaching their intended destinations. Should things go wrong, please keep a lookout for updates from our Customer Relations team. These will be via platform announcements, updates to the information boards, our NETGO! app, website, and social media channels. We will advise customers if our tickets and passes will be accepted on selected NCT buses or EMR trains without further charge.
Not all the bus routes will be included during a disruption, the specific routes will be provided during the updates.
Our Support Portal also has detailed information to help you with your journey. Please note that our tickets and passes will NOT be accepted on Nottingham City Transport buses or EMR trains without an additional charge unless authorised by NET during any major disruptions to the NET tram services.
Hucknall is not close to an NCT bus route, we can therefore only arrange for EMR trains to ferry our passengers between Hucknall and Bulwell or Nottingham Station. The EMR platform can be found adjacent to the tram platform. The EMR timetable can be found here. Please note, for business reasons by Trent Barton, they are not able to accept our tickets or passes during a disruption to the tram service.
